- Exmoor and rural pickups
- Airport transfers
South Molton sits east of Barnstaple on the A361, and because that stretch is fast dual and good single carriageway, the twelve miles usually take only around twenty minutes. It is one of the quicker runs we do.
We cover the town including the Pannier Market and Square, plus the surrounding villages and the lanes running up towards Exmoor. Rural pickups are normal work for us, so an address off the beaten track is not a problem.

The A361 link to Barnstaple
The North Devon Link Road makes South Molton one of the easier places for us to reach quickly. Around twenty minutes is typical, and it holds up better in bad weather than the coastal routes do.
It is also the road most airport journeys start on, which means South Molton is actually closer to Exeter Airport in driving time than several places nearer to Barnstaple.
Rural pickups and Exmoor
A lot of addresses around South Molton are up unnamed lanes or on farms where a postcode alone will not get a driver to the door. Give us a landmark or a what3words when you book and it saves a phone call at the gate.
We cover the villages towards Exmoor, and we are used to the roads being narrow, unlit and slower than a mapping app predicts.
Market days, appointments and hospital runs
Regular runs into Barnstaple for hospital appointments at North Devon District Hospital, market days and shopping are a steady part of our South Molton work, often as a booked return.
If you have an appointment time, give it to us rather than a pickup time and we will work back from it, including a sensible allowance for parking and walking at the other end.
